Yes, some of our courses are suitable for beginners, while some may require prior knowledge or experience. It is recommended that you check the course or program description for specific requirements. 

Can I get a refund if I'm not satisfied with the course?

We offer a 2-day money-back guarantee for our courses as they are short courses, which you can easily go through. And for our programs, a money-back guarantee is only for the first week of commencement. 

How long do I have access to the course materials?

Once you enrol in a course or program, you will have access to the course materials, need communities and live recordings for cohort programs for a lifetime, including any updates and additions.

Are the courses self-paced or do they have a set schedule?

Our courses are self-paced allowing you to study at a convenient time for you, and for our cohort-based programs you can always access recordings, but they are better attended live so you can ask questions and interact with the instructor(s).

Can I interact with instructors and other students?

To us, at 50K Designs, learnings are better done in a community setting. So we allow interaction with instructors and other students through a WhatsApp and closed Facebook group.
